Day 01: 3 Days Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari
You will be picked from your Hotel early morning to start your drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda. Mj Safaris Uganda tour guide will first brief you on what to expect on you trip, drive time and ensure that you have everything right for your 3 Days Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari. This journey will take you through small towns and communities along Kampala-Mbarara highway. You will have an opportunity to see royal drum makers along the way, small markets and a stop at the Equator for stretching, the famous water experiment and photography will be worthwhile. Lunch en route in Mbarara town and then proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park for a short relaxation and an evening game drive if time allows. Dinner and overnight Bush Lodge/Enganzi game lodge
Day 02: Early morning game drive and afternoon Kazinga Channel Boat cruise
After an early morning cup of coffee or tea, you will drive to Kasenyi plains for your game drive searching for the big cats like lions, leopards and other mammals that a found in this beautiful park. Kasenyi plains boost of several wild animals thou chance of seeing them depends on your luck of the day. On a good day, you may spot prides of lions and leopards hunting, buffaloes, elephants, several antelopes, warthogs and other small mammals. Return to the lodge for lunch and then drive to Mweya peninsular for a two hours boat safari on Kazinga channel. Kazinga channel has the highest concentration of hippos in the whole world, over 400 water bird species and is a place where most animals converge to drink water. You will have high chances of spotting hippos, water birds, elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles and so much more. Retire to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Drive back to Kampala or Entebbe Airport
Depending on your flight time, you may decide to do another brief morning game drive before drive back to Entebbe or Kampala. On the way, you may decide to stopover to view some crater lakes and the rift valley floor and escarpments around Fort Portal arriving late afternoon in Kampala or Entebbe airport.
